A group of us had a wonderful time recently reading through applications from prospective Flipped classroom teachers for 2013-14.  What an exciting process!

We used a "blind" scoring process, reading them for content without considering the school site and individual initially.  It was truly exciting to see each person research the flipped model, think about how mobile devices might impact it and then make it their own in an application format.  We get such innovative ideas just from reading the lesson plan sections!  Thanks to all who participated.
